A new venue offering a wellness suite, boutique bedrooms and shepherd's huts is launching on the edge of Cheltenham this summer.

The Fox, near Dunkertons Park, has made an incredible overhaul of the former Koloshi restaurant on London Road.

A restaurant and pub at the venue will open on Sunday 19 July 2026.

It will be followed by the launch of a wellness suite in August, complete with outdoor saunas and cold plunge experiences.

By Christmas, eight boutique bedrooms will open, with shepherd's huts planned for the new year.

The brainchild of JM Socials, the team says it will become the perfect setting for everything from business meetings and private dining to birthdays, weddings, corporate retreats and special celebrations.

In a post on LinkedIn, Events and Marketing Manager, Sam Bawden, said: "Over the past few months, the team has been working incredibly hard to bring this beautiful venue to life, and I genuinely can't wait for people to experience it."

The spaces include a restaurant that can seat 56 people. A lounge with room for 30 guests. A gun room that holds up to 22 people. A pub with 45 covers and three outdoor dens with space for 20 guests.

There'll also be picnic areas for larger outdoor gatherings.
