Ryan Vincent fires four-goal salute as Frampton United thump Ruardean Hill Rangers

Ryan Vincent was a one-man demolition act as he scored all four goals in second-placed Frampton United’s 4-1 win at fourth-placed Ruardean Hill Rangers.
The win keeps Frampton in touch with County League leaders Lebeq United, who won 2-0 at Henbury.
Frampton’s win was all the more impressive because regular outfield player Nathan Dennis played the entire game in goal.
And he was called to action early on when he saved well from Rangers’ Luke Brown. Brown then fired over the bar and Dennis was in the thick of it again on 43 minutes, turning Brown’s shot over the bar.
Luke Johnson had another chance for the home side just before the break but in the second half, with the wind behind them, Frampton took charge.
Vincent broke the deadlock when he latched onto a long ball to fire past Underwood and he was at it again soon after, making use of the long ball and the wind to score number two.
He completed his hat-trick when put clear on goal and although Steve Coombs pulled one back for the home side, Vincent completed an emphatic performance to claim his fourth.
Stonehouse Town cemented their place in the top three with a 2-1 win at fifth-placed Rockleaze Rangers.
Rangers almost opened the scoring on seven minutes but Stonehouse keeper Will Pedrick brought off a great save to deny Marcus Williams.
The visitors went ahead on 28 minutes when Alex Kibble fired the ball into the top corner giving home keeper Lewis Brodie no chance. Rangers levelled in the 60th minute when Mark Ridgeway gave keeper Pedrick no chance from 18 yards.
Stonehouse almost got a second on 72 minutes but for a Freddie Short block on the line. However, they netted the winner in the 80th minute when Liam Gale’s shot took a wicked deflection over Lewis Brodie into the Rangers net.
Mid-table Hardwicke went down 4-2 to improving Broadwell Amateurs, who are also in mid-table, and it could have been worse for the home side because at one stage they trailed 4-0 after goals by Liam Jacques, Harry Williams, Gary Lewis and Danny Latham.
Hardwicke had had their chances in the first half with Jed Johnson shooting over the bar and Will Higgins having an effort saved but they had to wait until the 83rd minute to get on the scoresheet when Higgins netted following a James Ratcliffe corner.
The home side got their second two minutes from the end when Pat Vernall headed home another Ratcliffe corner.
