A late goal denied Gala Wilton all three points against Patchway Town in the County League on Saturday.
Gala went ahead just before the break when Mark Mason was fouled in the penalty box.
Ryan Dobbins took the spot-kick and although his initial effort was saved he was able to slot home the rebound.
Kyle Blackwell had a great chance to make it 2-0 midway through the second half and it was to prove a costly miss as Patchway grabbed a points when Sam Finn drove home 12 minutes from time.
Ruardean Hill Rangers enjoyed a 2-0 win at AEK Boco. Luke Brown gave the visitors the lead on 18 minutes but Harrison Kyte had a great chance to level when he was put through on goal but saw his shot saved by Rangers keeper Steve Bowles.
Rangers scored again on 60 minutes, breaking from the back before Luke Johnson finished off the move.
Frampton United, who have realistic hopes of finishing second behind Thornbury Town, were not at their best as they went down 2-0 at Henbury.
Broadwell Amateurs, meanwhile, seem to have lost their goalscoring touch and were held to a 0-0 draw at home to Rockleaze Rangers.
There were chances throughout the game and Greg Lewis headed wide after just two minutes.
Then Harry Williams was through on goal but the Rangers keeper Will Stabb brought off a great save. At the other end home keeper Jamie Merry brought off a great save to deny Rangers striker.
In the second half Ben Fishwick cut inside and unleashed a great shot but Stabb pushed it out for a corner. With time nearly up Rangers’ Matt Jones saw his goal-bound effort well saved by keeper Merry.
