Gala Wilton’s football youngsters win at the double

Gala Wilton completed a double at the Severn Valley Youth Football League’s end-of-season six-a-side tournament.

They won the under-12 and under-13 competitions at Brockworth Rugby Club at the weekend.

Elsewheres, there were wins for Hucclecote Hawks, Abbeymead Rovers Barbarians, Tuffley Rovers Clarets, Cotswold Rangers Hawks, Bishopston United and Minchinhampton.

Winners - Under-8: Hucclecote Hawks
Under-9: Abbeymead Rovers Barbarians
Under-10: Tuffley Rovers Clarets
Under-11: Cotswold Rangers Hawks
Under-12: Gala Wilton
Under-13: Gala Wilton
Under-14: Bishopston Utd
