Sudeley Castle’s popular Spectacle of Light returns for its fourth year this winter.
Visitors to the Winchcombe castle will be able to follow characters from the classic story ‘Peter Pan’ on the night-time trail.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy music, art installations and meet costumed characters along the route.
Peter Pan, Wendy, Tinker Bell and Captain Hook will all feature in the spectacle, from J M Barrie’s timeless classic.
Visitors will also be able to make a wish and support the children of Great Ormond Street Hospital.
A host of other dramatic lighting installations will also feature at the event – including the First Light, the Garden of Blooms, Giant Flowers, Moroccan Lanterns and much more.
Last year’s Spectacle of Light, which was based on the theme of Alice in Wonderland, was the most popular to date, with tickets selling out for almost all evenings.
Sudeley Castle chief executive, Wendy Walton, said: “The amazing Spectacle of Light event is one of the highlights of the region’s winter calendar, and plans are already well underway to ensure this year’s event is the best yet.
“It offers a truly magical evening out, taking visitors on a journey of wonder and discovery around the castle's stunning grounds. It promises to be an awe-inspiring and truly memorable evening out for all the family and we are already looking forward to being able to share it with our visitors this winter.”
A selection of festive food and drink will also be on offer at the event, which runs on selected dates between Saturday 30th November and Monday 30th December.
Early bird tickets are now on sale, and for more information visit www.sudeleycastle.co.uk or phone 01242 602 308.Copyright © 2024 The Local Answer Limited.
