Andoversford bounced back from their Cheltenham League Junior Charities Cup final defeat to Bishop’s Cleeve A last week by taking another big step towards the Division One title.
They defeated Shurdington Rovers 3–0 while their nearest rivals Cheltenham Civil Service Reserves were going down by a similar scoreline at Southside Star.
Two teams hit a magnificent seven in Division Two – Bredon Reserves and Gala Wilton Reserves, who overcame Charlton Rovers Reserves and Shurdington Rovers Reserves respectively, while leaders Malvern Vale went four better in Division Three as they won 11–1 at Cheltenham Civil Service Reserves.
Not far behind them were Leckhampton Rovers who defeated Windyridge Rovers 8–0 and Leckhampton remain Malvern’s only challengers in the race for the title.
FC Lakeside Reserves made all but certain of winning the Division Four title when they defeated second–placed Cheltenham United 5–1.
