A series of evening concerts are set to take place in the grounds of Sudeley Castle next summer.

Incredible acts will include stage musicals legend Alfie Boe, as well as Will Young and All Saints.

The event, called ‘The Party at the Castle’, will take place from Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th June, and will finish with ‘The Party at the Castle Summer Shindig’ with more acts to be announced for the final evening.

The concerts are being put on by event promoters ‘Turned Up To 11’ who for the past few years have been focusing their efforts on creating and building ‘Chalfest’ near Stroud, a festival that attracts thousands of visitors each year.

Now the team is getting ready to bring the party to Sudeley Castle, as director Dan Burner explained.

He said: “The Party at the Castle promises to recreate the magic and success of ‘Chalfest’ with the stunning backdrop of Sudeley Castle.

“It will bring together family and friends in a great party atmosphere with a cracking community vibe, lovely bars, sumptuous food trucks and on-site entertainment ensuring the night is more of an experience than a gig.”

Sudeley Castle’s head of events, Astrid Martin, added: “We are hugely excited to be hosting these fantastic concerts in 2019 and can’t wait to welcome such brilliant acts to Sudeley.

“We are certain The Party at the Castle will be hugely popular and unforgettable, and we are delighted to be working with ‘Turned Up To 11’ to create a weekend of fun, music, entertainment and memories.”
