A Cheltenham holiday firm that specialises in large luxury holiday homes has been quietly expanding over the last 20 years.

Now, its boldest expansion is taking its accommodation portfolio into the wilds of Scotland with the addition of three Highland properties in Glendaruel, Argyll and Bute.

Kate & Tom's started life with a single property in 2006 and it has steadily built up its stable to showcase 400 large and luxury homes across the UK.

Its ethos centres around providing spectacular backdrops for large social circles to create special memories together. 

The new properties have been selected on their ability to combine privacy, landscape, heritage architecture, and accessibility for guests.

The firm says the latest expansion reflects continued demand for premium UK staycations.

Hayley Bretherton, Head of Commercial at Kate & Tom’s, says increasing the portfolio into Scotland is a long-held dream come true for the team.

She believes Scotland’s combination of wilderness and raw, dramatic landscapes positions it perfectly for the next generation of premium UK staycations.
