Matson will begin the defence of their North Gloucestershire Combination Senior Cup crown with a trip to Gordon League at the beginning of next month.
Matson overcame Old Centralians in a thrilling final at Kingsholm last season with centre Connor Gwilliam slotting a touchline conversion to give them a 26-24 victory.
The draws for all three Combination cups were made at Kingsholm last night, and elsewhere in the flagship competition, Hucclecote will host Chosen Hill.
Hucclecote, who play in Counties 2 Gloucestershire North, will be hoping that home advantage can work in their favour against opponents who play a division above them.
Matson enjoyed a clean sweep on cup finals day last year and their 2nd XV will host Widden Old Boys in the first round of the Martin Slatter Junior Cup.
Meanwhile, their 3rds will entertain Spartans 2nds in the Glanville Cup.
