Chosen Hill 3rds won their first ever North Gloucestershire Combination cup final in 2018. Picture, Shaun LaffertySpartans will host Old Centralians in a real heavyweight clash in the opening round of the North Gloucestershire Combination Senior Cup.
The draw was made at Coney Hill last night and sees the cup holders travel to the impressive Gloucestershire Premier pacesetters on Monday 1st April.
Mind you, Old Centralians are going very well in their division too and are currently second behind runaway South West One East leaders Newbury.
The draw also throws up another couple of very interesting ties with last season’s beaten finalists Coney Hill, of South West One West, travelling to Old Richians, of Western Counties North, while Hucclecote, of Gloucestershire Premier, entertain Matson, who play a division above them in Western Counties North.
Junior Cup holders Gordon League have received a bye into the second round, but Glanville Cup holders Chosen Hill will be in action from the off because they host Longlevens in the first round of their competition on Wednesday 10th April.
The finals of all three competitions will take place at Kingsholm on Sunday 12th May.
