Celebration of Craftsmanship & Design
From Saturday 17th August until Monday 26th August, celebrate the practice of craftsmanship at Thirlestaine Long Gallery in Cheltenham from 10am till 4pm each day.

View 300 exhibits from 70 different workshops and explore the various styles of each individual designer.

Winchcombe Country Show
Join the exciting Winchcombe Country Show, at Winchcombe Senior School’s Playing Field, on Monday 26th August to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission from 12pm until 5:30pm.

Spend a fun filled day with family and friends and take part in a variety of activities to win prizes. You can also see spectacular performances by BMX stunt artists.

Nature in Bromoil
Visit Wallsworth Hall in Gloucester, home to the Nature in Art gallery, to view the Nature in Bromoil exhibition. See beautiful photographs, manipulated using the oil process that was first created in 1855.

The exhibition runs from Tuesday 6th August until Monday 26th August each day from 10am – 5pm.

Pride and Prejudice
Head over to Gloucester Cathedral to view a Chapterhouse Theatre Company production of Jane Austen’s famous book, ‘Pride and Prejudice’.

Take a trip with all the unique characters from the novel, and see how their stories unfold before your own eyes. View the play on Monday 26th August.

The Moon Exhibition
Join the ongoing Moon exhibition till Saturday 21st September to celebrate Apollo 11’s successful 1969 landing. Head over to the Museum of Gloucester to participate in the celebration from 10am – 5pm each day.

View the large variety of exhibits like lunar rock samples, model rockets, modules and computers, a replica suit and newspapers from the day of the Moon landing.

Discovery Day
Stroud’s Discovery Day 2019 takes place at Dr Jenner’s House in Berkeley this year. Have an intriguing day and take part in scientific research from 10am – 5pm.

The Sword in the Stone
Explore the tale of King Arthur and how he became one of the greatest medieval kings to rule the Kingdom of Camelot.

Sudeley Castle Knight School
Take your brave little knights to Sudeley Castle so they can learn how to be true warriors all through summer, from 10am – 5pm every day till Thursday 1st September.

The little knights will all be taught how to be real heroes and let their imagination run free. They can take part in the Knight’s Quest and create art masterpieces in the Pavilion tent.
